Museum of Comedy
Comedy Museum located in Central London on Bloomsbury Way. The facility was opened in 2014. In addition to permanent and temporary exhibitions, we can see theater performances, cabarets or take part in events and workshops organized by the Museum of Comedy.
The museum in an interactive and interesting way shows the story of a comedy that may interest entire families. At the exhibitions we can see props and artifacts related to the discussed dramatic genre, and the Museum of Comedy prides itself on the fact that it has the largest amount collected in one place. Much of the exhibits were donated, also by the museum founder, Martin Witts, director of the Leicester Square Theater. Witts, working in the comedy industry for over three decades, has collected over six thousand artifacts and prints that have become the foundation of the Museum of Comedy collection.
