The monumental church combines neo-Byzantine, neo-Roman and neo-Gothic elements. Its construction lasted from 1902 to 1961. The temple consists of a stone fortress, on which there is a soaring church, crowned with a statue of Jesus. The lowest level is occupied by a richly decorated crypt and a 19th-century hermitage incorporated into the church.
