The Palm Bridge is the oldest bridge in the city of Badajoz. It crosses the Guadiana River and its creation is estimated at the 15th or early 16th century. At one end of the bridge is the Puerta de Palmas, one of the main historical entrances to the city, and on the other is a 17th-century horn work.
