Sibiu Zoo

The history of the zoo dates back to 1929, which makes it the oldest zoo in the country. Currently, over 260 animals from 63 species live here. They include bears, wolves, tigers, pumas, jaguars, deer and buffaloes. You can also see numerous species of birds and reptiles. A majestic oak tree, over 600 years old, grows right at the entrance.
