Santa Luzia Viewpoint

Local name: Miradouro de Santa Luzia

Miradouro de Santa Luzia is one of the most attractive viewpoints. It is the best vantage point located in the center of Lisbon's Alfama district, which provides a wide panoramic view of Lisbon and the Tagus River. Near the Miradouro de Santa Luzia there is a church dedicated to Saint. Łucja with the famous panels of azulejos tiles depicting historical scenes.

Located on a hill, the Miradouro de Santa Luzia viewpoint allows you to observe all of Lisbon's attractions, such as: church and monastery, castle of St. George, or the Portuguese National Pantheon. In addition, Miradouro de Santa Luzia is not only a beautiful view of Lisbon, but also a popular meeting place for residents of Lisbon and tourists from around the world.

On the hill there is a beautiful garden, open to the public, where you can relax in the shade of the pergola and a restaurant where, in addition to meals, delicious Portuguese coffee is served.
