The museum is located in the former classicist bishop's manor from 1795 founded by Stefan Łubieński, suffragan bishop. It consists of six museum halls with sacral art from the period from the 14th to 20th century from the entire area of the Archdiocese of Gniezno.
Visitors can admire sacral paintings and sculptures, liturgical vessels, goblets, books, missals, song-books, and prayer books. It is also worth to take a look at the collection of richly decorated robes used during masses such as stoles, chasubles, and copes.
