Four Domes Pavilion

Local name: Pawilon Czterech Kopuł

The Four Domes Pavilion is one of the most characteristic exhibition buildings in Wrocław. It was built in 1913 in the direct neighborhood of the Centennial Hall, Pergola, and the Japanese Garden. Together with the Centennial Hall, the building was entered in UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The perfectly adapted for various exhibition Four Domes Pavilion contains one of the branches of the National Museum in Wrocław - the Museum of Modern Art which was opened in 2016. The collection consists of works of such artists as Paweł Althamer, Władysław Hasior, Katarzyna Kozyra, Magdalena Abakanowicz or Jerzy Nowosielski.

Shortly after World War II, the pavilion also organized art exhibitions as for example Regained Territories Exhibition. Before it became a fullfledged exhibition facility again, the Feature Film Studio operated here.
