Open-Air Museum of the Pilica River

Local name: Skansen Rzeki Pilicy

Museum facilities, machinery and vehicles related to the mill and historical battles in the region. It is the first open-air museum of this type dedicated to the river. The most extensive exhibition is "Water Mill in the Pilica River Basin" with its most important element - a wooden water mill. In the military part of the museum the most valuable monument is the world's only experimental, armored artillery tractor Luftwaffe on the chassis SdKfz 8, commonly known as "Lufcikiem".

The skansen museum building is also marked by a railway station from the Czarnocin stop. With over 30 mills from the local river basin, there are more than 30 mills in the museum. In addition, the exhibition of Pilot Militaria, presented in this facility, was also extracted from this reservoir.

There is a symbolic "river axis" on the grounds, which is marked by an iron barge, a pike-type sloop boat.
