Restored to its former glory, the Staniszów Palace today houses a luxury hotel, restaurant, SPA and conference center. Thanks to the Forum Staniszów Foundation, which promotes artists, cultural events and exhibitions take place here, and a cyclic concert of Muziszalia Staniszowskie is organized.
The building is surrounded by a magnificent English-style park with a historic conservatory, where you can see the works of painters, graphic artists and ceramists from the Jeleniogórska Valley. The park is enchanted by a variety of trees and bushes, viewpoints, lush green glades with walking paths, cascading ponds and rock groups hidden in the shade. The late Baroque residence acquired its current shape in the 18th century, but its roots date back to the 16th century.
Until 1945, the palace had several owners, and Prince von Reuss undoubtedly had the greatest contribution to its development. During World War II, the building was not badly damaged. For many years, an agricultural center operated in its area, and in 1991-2001 the building stood empty. Since 2001, the building has a new owner who has restored the palace to its former glory and adapted to hotel functions.
