Classicist Palace
Local name: Pałac Klasycystyczny
A representative classicist palace from 1849, located in the eastern part of the English park, in front of the main entrance gate. The designer of the building was probably Karl Friedrich Schinkl, who undertook work at the request of Jakub Martin Schönborn, the original owner of the park and palace complex.
Due to its representativeness, the facility functions as a hotel. We will also find a cafe and restaurant "Four Seasons" here.
At the beginning of the 20th century a neo-baroque wing was added to the palace, where there is an elegant ballroom and garden terraces. There is also a smaller hunting palace next to the building. After 1945, it was decided to set up a school and boarding school for deaf children. The initiative contributed to the devastation of the building, which later required renovation. After 1990, it was decided to renovate the wine cellar and representative rooms on the ground floor: ball, green, gold and orange, as well as the Italian salon.
