The tower of the Church of the Evangelical Church in Ostróda is a lookout point from which you can admire the panorama of the city. It is topped with a double helmet, topped by 105 stairs. On the lower floors of the tower there is an exhibition presenting antique objects of everyday use, among others. household appliances.
Visitors can also see the clock mechanism from 1908, which was built in Bocken by JL Wuelle. The clock still counts, its shield has been placed on the façade from the market side.
Interesting monuments are also three bells - the diameter of the largest is almost 150 cm, it weighs 3200 kilograms. Bells are cast bronze, have steel hearts.
From the tower is played ostendidic calligraphy, inhabitants could hear it for the first time during the celebration of the 675th anniversary of the founding of the city. His melody sings every three hours during the day.
