Local name: Muzeum Regionalne PTTK im. Antoniego Minkiewicza

PTTK Regional Museum Antoni Minkiewicz in Olkusz is an institution whose exhibition focuses primarily on the subject of ore mining and its history and the history of the city. The main exhibition, which shows the history of mining lead and silver ore in Olkusz, includes mining tools, mining themed paintings, specimens of minerals and ammonites, and a mammoth tooth.

The museum is located in a historic tenement house called Borówka. According to local tradition, King Stefan Batory was supposed to stop here. Some of the rooms have original wooden coffered ceilings. The museum's main exhibition is dedicated to Olkusz's mining traditions. In addition to the historic tools used in the mines, there are also numerous rock and prehistoric animal specimens excavated during operation.
