The tower and the church itself are a very young building. Work on the construction of the temple began in 1998. Due to the location on a small hill, it was decided to build a 40 m high tower and make it available as a viewpoint. From the top, you can admire the panorama of the city, as well as the lakes Śniardwy, Mikołajskie, Tałty and the ornithological nature reserve Łuknajno Lake.
To get to the tower, ask the priest to open it. This can be done after each Holy Mass or by phone appointment for a specific time. The number is given on the parish's website.
The church with the tower is a brick building, clinked on the outside. At the top of the tower there are three bells bearing the names: St. Jadwiga, Saint. Nicholas and Pope John Paul II. Many parishioners joined in the construction of the building, who helped in the social act.
