This is a sophisticated bourgeois residence in the empire style. The interiors are extremely rich. An interesting decoration is the plafond, which is located in the Ballroom. This is a large decorative ceiling painting made of paper, depicting the goddess Flora. Since 1997, the building is the seat of the Museum of Polish Arms. There are several exhibitions at the Palace.
One of the exhibitions is "The History of Kolobrzeg", which is located in the basement of the building. The exhibition presents chronology of the millennial history of the city. The second exhibition "Metrological Collections" contains old collections of measurement tools, very rare in Poland. Some tools even come from the seventeenth century.
After the Second World War the palace was quickly rebuilt. In the post-war years he was the seat of the Security Office. In the 70's the reconstruction and renovation of the palace took place.
