The Mission and Ornithological Museum in Kodień is a sacral and natural museum, which is housed in a building at the monastery gate. Inside there are two exhibition halls. The first one contains souvenirs brought by religious from the mission and eggs of many species of birds. In the second room, objects and works of sacred art were shown. In the basement of the sanctuary there are crypts with coffins of people who were connected with the city and an exhibition of their wax figures.
In the first room there are mainly souvenirs brought by missionaries from different countries of the world. They include costumes, musical instruments and everyday items. The exhibition was enriched with an exhibition of bird eggs. The second room presents, among others, old chasubles, goblets, books, images of Our Lady of Kodeń, as well as old coins and banknotes.
