PTTK mountain hostel on Szczeliniec

The facility is located 905 m above sea level, in Stołowe Mountains (Table Mountains). From in front of the building there is a beautiful panorama of the Owl Mountains or the Giant Mountains with Table Mountains, and tourists can take advantage of many attractions, including rock climbing. The hostel is located in the heart of the Stołowe Mountains National Park, and the building itself dates back to 1845.

The hostel is situated in a place where no road leads, but only 665 stairs built there years ago by locals. Besides the services offered by the hostel - accommodation, meals or tourist events, in the area there is a wide range of attractions, such as rock climbing, rock labyrinth or cross-country skiing.

In the building are plaques commemorating the visit of famous personalities at the mountain top: Goethe and John Quincy Adams.
