Danuta Baduszkowa Music Theatre in Gdynia

The Musical Theatre in Gdynia is the largest music theatre in Poland. Every year, it is visited by nearly 100,000 viewers and hundreds of talented artists who perform various types of performances on three theatre stages.

During its existence, the Musical Theatre in Gdynia hosted thousands of artists who have presented musicals, operettas, fairy tales, concerts, and chamber performances. The theater also regularly hosts interesting events, such as the Polish Film Festival, Ladies' Jazz Festival or Music Theater Festival.

In addition to the magnificent theater design, interesting repertoire and convenient location in the city center, the popularity of the Musical Theater is also influenced by the fact that it is located near the coast.

The Gdynia theater is named after Danuta Baduszkowa, who was the first director of the institution and the director of the performances staged there.
