The Castle Museum in Dębno is one of the most magnificent buildings in this village. This building, erected in 1480, today functions as one of the branches of the District Museum in Tarnów. The Castle of Dębno can be admired not only from the outside - the castle interiors are also available, with antique furniture and old paintings.
The late Gothic castle built in Dębno was used as a defense fortress years ago. Despite repeated redevelopment, this building has not lost its original form and character. The entrance to the castle is crowned with a magnificent baroque portal and the outer walls are decorated with geometric patterns and shields of coats of arms with Odrowąż, Pogoń and Orłem.
In the same building of the castle in Dębno you can see a historical exhibition showing the history of the area and also restored premises such as chapel, concert hall, vault and kitchen and pantry.
