Exhibition Pavilion
Local name: Pawilon Wystawowy
It is a multi-storey building, in an eclectic style, with two rooms and a mezzanine. Various temporary exhibitions are held here, e.g. regarding Tatra mining or the great Christian kingdoms in Numbia. The facility is located in the charming surroundings of one of the Podlasie parks.
The building, formerly known as the Hygienic Museum, was built in 1909 on the occasion of the Exhibition of Industry and Agriculture according to the design of Bruno Paprocki. In the years 1932-1967 a Regional Museum operated here, followed by the Iron Ore Mining Museum, which currently has a new headquarters. In the years 1996–2000 the building underwent a major renovation. It currently serves as the Pavilion of Temporary Exhibitions at the Częstochowa Museum.
