The Open-Air Museum Zagroda Sitarska is a small facility in Biłgoraj. It presents the life of sieve makers. It consists of the house and agricultural buildings. There are also recreated workshops of weaver and sieve makers. The museum also exhibits folk costumes and craft wares.

Zagroda Sitarska is an In situ outdoor museum which means that it was not moved to a different place. It is one of the few examples of the traditional architecture of Biłgoraj. It includes the house divided into black and white izbas, woodshed, granary, carriage house, and the building for livestock. The exhibition in the house presents everyday and holiday sieve makers' costumes, weaver's workshop and the house equipment including the Russian samovar.

Agricultural buildings consist of tools for the production of sieves, and also a collection of craft wares from Biłgoraj and the area. Beehives hollowed out in logs can be admired outside. An entrance to the museum is the gate topped by a roof with wood shingles.
