Museum het Valkhof Nijmegen

The museum, opened in 1998, was created from the merger of smaller archaeological and art and history institutions. The current collection includes artifacts ranging from prehistoric and Roman times, through Dutch painting from the 16th-19th centuries to contemporary art, created after 1960.
