Monument of Grande Torino

The monument is dedicated to the memory of 31 victims of the plane crash on the Superga Hill, which took place on May 4, 1949. A plane carrying the football team, club members and journalists crashed. None of those on board survived. The monument is completed by a commemorative plaque on which the names of the victims were written.
