A city villa built in the 16th century for the Valguarner family, which in the second half sold it to the city for the representative seat of its authorities. It is a Renaissance building whose interior was rebuilt in the 18th century with Baroque splendor. They are covered with polychromes depicting mythological and genre scenes, while the rooms are furnished with richly decorated furniture. There is a small garden at the back of the villa.
