The historic city gate of Naples built in the 16th century on the road leading to the cathedral of St. January, from which she took her name. On the gate there are two frescoes depicting the scene of adoration of the Virgin Mary by Saint. January and St. Franciszek Ksawery and the bust of St. Januarius. There is a small chapel inside, which is not used at present.
