The museum is dedicated to the history and production of balsamic vinegar. Here you can follow the subsequent stages of its production, from the selection of vineyards and barrels, through harvesting, pressing, to cooking the must and vinegar itself. The visit usually lasts 35-40 min. and also includes tasting.
