Former headquarters of the notary association, in which documents and legal acts regarding the sale of real estate, inheritance and other legal issues were kept. The palace was built in several stages. The original core dates from 1287. After renovation in the 20th century, many Gothic elements were restored and the ceiling decorations were renewed.
