National park including the small, rocky archipelago of La Maddalena off the coast of Sardinia. It is a refuge for waterfowl, as well as a place with an unusual charm. The islets emerge from the turquoise sea waters, and on their shores you can find beautiful beaches. Above are Mediterranean scrub and pine forests. You can dive, swim boats and use the beaches after buying a special license.
