A modern installation created in 1992 in the Old Port of Genoa during its revitalization. On the one hand, it is an outdoor sculpture, referring to port cranes, on the other, a structure to which a rotating observation car is attached, which transports tourists to a height of 40 m, from where you can admire the city panorama.
