Cathedral Basilica of Gaeta

The historic cathedral was consecrated at the beginning of the 12th century. Its neo-Gothic facade with an arched portico, rosette and a statue of Mary attracts attention. Inside you can see, among others a baroque altar and numerous decorations and sculptures. Adjacent to the temple is a 57 m high belfry in the Byzantine style.
