Church of Sant'Agata

Local name: Chiesa di Sant'Agata

The church is one of the oldest temples in the city. The first sacred building was built on this site in 1077, and its interior was rebuilt in 1496. Inside there is a chapel and an altar dedicated to St. Agatha. The walls of the presbytery are decorated with frescoes depicting scenes from the life of the patron of the church.
