Bominaco Castle
Local name: Castello di Bominaco
A castle built on a rocky hill, towering above the complex of the Church of Santa Maria Assunta and the San Pellegrino Oratory. The building was built in the 12th century, but the present appearance of the stronghold is due to the 15th-century reconstruction. It was approved by Pope Marcin V.
