This is an archaeological site on the ancient Via Tiberina. This is where three ancient ethnic groups met: Latinas, Sabines and Etruscans. It was a sacred grove dedicated to the goddess Sabine Feronia. During the reign of Julius Caesar, it became a Roman colony. In the adjacent museum, you can admire the monuments and items found here.
