Church of San Pietro in Vincoli

The small, medieval church is famous for its beautiful frescoes. They were made by the master Federico da Riva in 1358. Although some of the paintings are badly damaged, conservation and reconstruction works are still underway, which are slowly restoring the temple to its former splendor.
