A historic palace built at the end of the 12th century. It is considered the oldest Italian town hall. It is worth paying attention to the reliefs adorning the walls, especially the Madonna and Child by Bartolomeo Manni. There is also a sundial from the 18th century, the work of Abbot Giovanni Albrica. It shows the coordinates of the point where it is located and the altitude above sea level.
