Brenz Castle

Local name: Schloss Brenz

The castle rises on a small hill, in a place where once stood a Roman property with the sanctuary of Apollo. Probably from the 10th or 11th century fortified property was built here. The current building was built in the years 1667-1672. Since 2017, the castle has been one of the 26 information centers of the Schwäbische Alb Geopark.
