Local name: Kirche Mariä Himmelfahrt
The rococo church was built at the beginning of the 17th century. He served the former university of Dillingen, founded by Cardinal Otto Truchsess von Waldburg. It is worth paying attention to the frescoes on the ceiling, made by Christoph Thomas Scheffler, as well as the ceiling choir fresco depicting the coronation of Mary.
