New Garden

The picturesque garden was founded in 1787 by Frederick William II. There are numerous monuments here, including the Marble Palace, the Orangery built in the Egyptian style, the so-called Gothic Library and pyramid-shaped icehouse. You can also see an artificial grotto. The garden has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
