A canal longer than 3 kilometers connecting the port of Lindenau with White Elster. It was built in the second half of the 19th century and is considered a technical monument. There are 19 stone bridges over the canal, mostly original bridges. The watercourse is adapted for swimming in small boats and kayaks.
