Parliament

The headquarters of the parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia is in the government administration district of the Rhine. It is a modern building built in accordance with the principles of structuralism. It consists of interlocking circles that look like a watch mechanism. The circular meeting room is covered with a transparent dome.
