Sayn Castle

The 14th-century castle currently has the most characteristic features of the Baroque style. The building damaged during World War II activities fell into ruin for several decades. Renovated in the 1990s, the castle is now the seat of the Rheinisches Eisenkunstguss Museum, presenting the metallurgical traditions of the region.
