The Empire villa from 1865 is the work of architect of Polish origin Jean-Louis Celinski de Zaremba (1814-1877). It was created for Marie Augustine Mathilde Périer, granddaughter of one of the founders of Banque de France, Claude Perier. It is now a museum object that has been restored to its original equipment.
