Printemps Haussmann

Printemps is a chain of department stores spread all over France and abroad. The oldest is located on Boulevard Haussmann in Paris. It occupies an Art Nouveau, two-story building with tower-shaped bay windows and a huge dome filled with stained glass.

Printemps was founded in 1865. At the beginning of the 20th century, his seat became the newly built building on the representative Boulevards. On several floors there are boutiques of exclusive brands from the world of fashion. The crowned domes of the dome refer to the dome of the Invalid Church. The whole is kept in the Art Nouveau style. The most impressive is the glass dome, which is filled with intricate stained glass ornaments.
