The Museum of Architecture occupies one of the wings of the Chaillot Palace, located on Trocadero Square. The spacious rooms feature copies of architectural elements, building models, architectural plans and multimedia showing over 1000 years of architectural history in France.
The museum exhibition is arranged chronologically. Going through the following rooms, you can get acquainted with the following architectural styles. This allows you to trace the transformation of the forms and technical solutions of the building. The exhibitions mainly contain life-size copies of building elements and their models. The exhibition is enriched by multimedia presentations showing the construction of buildings, their history and the transformations they have undergone.
