The European House of Photography is housed in the Hotel Henault building from the early 18th century. He has over 24,000 works in his collection. These are mainly photographs and films as well as books on photography, including author books as well as technical or theoretical magazines.
In the center there are: a specialized library and cafe located in historic, 18th-century rooms. In the hotel building you can also find the Photographic Conservation Studio, which aims to implement the policy of protecting the photographic heritage of Paris libraries, archives and museums.
Special guided tours, lectures and film screenings of exhibitions are regularly organized here.
