Troussay Castle

Local name: Château de Troussay

One of the smallest castles of the Loire Valley. Built in the fourteenth century, it owes its present appearance to the reconstruction of the nineteenth century. He obtained eclectic features, with facades modeled on buildings from the times of Francis I and Louis XII. In the castle you can see interiors decorated according to patterns from the 15th and 16th centuries. There is also a museum of agriculture and village history.
