Beauregard Park & Castle

One of the group of over 300 historic castles on the Loire, was built in the mid Sixteenth century. It is surrounded by a 70-hectare park, most of which is covered with flower gardens. Currently, the castle is a museum famous for, among others from the Grand Gallery - a collection of European painting, including a series of portraits of the most important figures in French history from 1328-1643
