In the aviation museum you can see a rich collection of Danish and foreign aircraft from the period from 1911 to 2000. gliders, fighters and helicopters. In total, there are over 70 machines in the collection, most of which are still airworthy. During seasonal events, some of them can be seen at air shows.
Among the smaller exhibits gathered in the museum, it is worth mentioning over 1000 models of aircraft, aircraft engines, propellers and similar equipment.
Around the museum building there are thematic exhibitions, both permanent and temporary. You can here, among others see an exhibition of Allied planes that crashed around the Ringkøbing Fjord in World War II or an exhibition about the Wright brothers.
