Kyrenia Castle

The castle was built in the 16th century on the ruins of earlier buildings. Inside is the tomb of the Ottoman admiral Sadik Pasha, as well as a museum that presents, among others the wreck of an ancient sailing ship sunk past a storm over 2,300 years ago.
