City hall Sint-Niklaas

The neo-Gothic edifice was built in 1878 after a fire in which the previous, classicist building was destroyed, which served the city for only 33 years. A significant part of the city's collections of painting and sculptural art are presented in the interiors. In front of the building there is a magnificent monument to the city's patron, Saint. Nicholas (272-352), bishop of Mira.
