Church of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception

Local name: Eglise Notre-Dame-de-l'Immaculée-Conception

The former church of the Discalced Carmelites was built in 1654. On the portal above the main entrance there are two stone lions - the work of Jean Del Court, the most valued baroque sculptor in Wallonia. In the glass casket under the table of the main altar is the body of St. Alénie - a gift from Pope Gregory XVI.
